There will be food at the apres from the menu and a tray or two of baked zitti.
Bring: Vaseline, flashlight (if you plan on getting lost), bug spray, PI block, sunscreen, dry socks on trail

You will be carpooling to your run start position so don't be late.

There are three sections of this trail, Eagles, Turkeys and Swallows and you can do one section or all three.

D'erections:

1. From Fort Pitt Tunnels heading to the Airport
2. Stay to the left toward the airport on 60N (Not business 60)
3. Go past the Airport and take the Clinton exit (total 16.5 miles)
4. Take the left at the exit ramp and go 1.5 miles to Route 30
5. Turn right on Route 30
6. Go ~18 mi to 1839 Lincoln Hwy, Chester, WV 26034

Speaking of Tits and Beer on the way to the Triple J, just past the PA WV border (2997 Lincoln Howay), you will go by Kamakaze's Bar where the bartenders are bare and beer is too.

Some folks are camping at Raccoon Crick State Park.
