Just so we’re all “straight” on this, not counting the swishy XYers going on the XX pub crawl:
The MOON portion of Friday evening’s pre-nuptual festivities is a bona fide trail featuring a beer-stop to mile ratio of 1:1.75, not counting the PITT-esque pre-on-in circle. Some $$ will be needed on trail if you choose to imbibe at every stop, but some stops are also on the hares. Similarly, unless you intend to make some sort of feminist point, leave the pumps for the post-party and come dressed to HASH.
OTOH, if you choose to lollygag with the ladies on the REXINE bar-hop (not that that doesn’t present its own rewards), it’s all coming out of your pocket and you can sport whatever pedal attire you choose.
