Please take Field Club Road at the traffic light (intersection with Fox Chapel Road) and park behind the Presbyterian church. It’s a short walk from there to 125 Springhouse Lane. There is VERY limited parking available at the house, reserved for handicap and hash helpers.
Bring a chair or blanket.
Is the event dog-friendly? – Yes and no. Dogs would generally be OK on trail and at the beer stop(s?). But not so much at the apres. And dogs at the apres should be leashed. FC has a “leash law”, and some neighbors walk dogs of varying animal-friendliness without leashes.
Can I walk/bike the trail? – Most of it, and I can supply instructions for one detour around a section that is pretty much bike-impossible.
Jaggers? PI? – MOSTLY not. But one section is truly shigalicious, steep and, if wet, slippery. (Oh boy, can’t wait!)
