Enrich your mental and physical health and join us in partly-cloudy Pittsburgh at the PGH-H3 2018 RDR wellness weekend. Come for the day or stay the weekend. Crash space, including “therapy” cats and/or dogs, may be available upon request. This affordable, mostly-inclusive retreat will revive your mental state. Multiple payment methods accepted.
Begin your journey Friday evening (9/14) at our bar crawl in Lawrenceville. Unexpected adventures await. This is a pay as you go event; however, the comradery is priceless. All participants will receive a complimentary consultation with your very own anti-nutrition expert. Details will be available on the PGH-H3 website and Facebook when finalized.
After you’ve recovered from the Friday night festivities, join us Saturday for the main event.

The Polish Falcons Nest 8 has graciously donated their event space to us for the day. We will have a block party on 18th Street as well as a private room upstairs. The Bar opens at 12:00. Show up from 2:00 – 3:00 in your finest red dress to sign in, pre-lube, socialize, and show off your red accessories. On out at 3:00. Trail will be short, flat, and shiggy-free. Multiple beer stops, shots, and snacks will be provided on trail. Bring cash/ID for a contra stop. The après will be back at the Polish Falcons where you can enjoy adult beverages, play games, and listen to music outside on the street. Beverages may be purchased inside the Polish Falcons and brought outside, provided they are not in a glass container. Food will be provided.
Bring cash for 50/50 raffle and to purchase tickets for gift baskets.
All money raised, collected, or donated will go to NAMI Keystone PA, a 501(c)(3) grassroots nonprofit organization. NAMI’s mission is to raise awareness about mental health and provide recovery-focused support, education, and advocacy for people living with mental illness and their loved ones.
