Join your fellow hashers in performing selfless acts by signing up to volunteer for the Maple House Fest at Hartwood Acres (maplehousefest.com). The festival proceeds benefit the Allegheny Parks system and is being put on in conjunction with local record label Maple House.
If you agree to give up 4 hours of your time, you can attend the rest of the festival for free AND you get a sweet t-shirt and food. The volunteer coordinator is willing to try to keep our group on the same shift if possible/preferable though we may be working at different roles. Roles include wristbands at ticketing, working the VIP tent, working general info, or serving as a vendor liason. There is a meeting the night before (5/20) to pick up t-shirts, check-in, and show everyone where they would be working.
The coordinator only has a small number of volunteers for the event at this time and definitely need more. Join in the fun!
