It’s a very special Blood Moon – a lunar eclipse in which the Moon moves into the Earth’s shadow and turns a lovely, dark, bloody red. Tn@ fool moons are manivationals, all genders are welcome.
From the hare:
The eclipse doesn’t happen until around 2:30 a.m. So we won’t be seeing it on trail and I couldn’t think of much for the blood moon. But it is also Pi day. So there will be some Pies on trail.
This trail is more of a TN@ trail. No shiggy, very little elevation only a little over three mile (I tried for 3.14 but failed).
You will probably want a headlamp or flashlight. There aren’t a lot of street lamps. Perhaps reflective clothing. There are some sidewalks. But there’s not a lot of traffic.
Dogs should be fine on trail, but not at the bar. There is parking behind the building if you can’t find any out front.
