Take 28N to exit 12A Pittsburgh Mills Mall exit then right on Pittsburgh Mills Blvd.
Immediate left on Tawney Run Rd. then left on Butler Logan Rd. over 28
Go past the Weekend campsite until the road switches to Russelton Rd. by the airport in ~3 miles.
When you come to the T intersection hang a left on Creighton Russelton Rd.
Turn right on Kurn Rd. into Deer Lakes Park and hang your first left to get to Pike Shelter.
It’s Sunday! That means no traffic, no responsibility, and no limits (at least city ones).
Bring your trail shoes cause the only roads you will encounter are the ones you cross to get to more trails and lots of mud is anticipated. Dogs are welcome and should be fine at apres as long as the weather is good and we’re seated outside. Dry bags are encouraged, as is covert imbibing, at least while pre-lubing.
